PRINCIPLES OF A GROWING CHURCH
Acts 5:17-32
Review:
1. A pure church—one that deals with sin—preaches against
it—exercises church discipline—not turn a blind eye
2. A committed church—People not taking being part of a church
lightly—committing time, financially, participation
3. A church allowing God’s power to flow through
it—live are transformed as
the church is pure and committed
New:
4. A Persecuted church vv.17 ff—
a. preaching brings opposition vv.17-18—
b. But God is more faithful. vv. 19-23—
c. God brings results vv.24-29—
5. A persistent church vv.30-32—
Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said,
